Santiago Andrew Dominguez

October 10, 1966 - May 21, 2022

Santiago “Santi” Andrew Dominguez passed away on May 21, 2022. Safe in the arms of God. Santi was born on October 10, 1966 in Denver, Colorado to Arlene Navarette and Jose Maria Dominguez. He is survived by his two children: Kaine Gabardi Dominquez and Isabella Rose Dominguez, two brothers: Joe Dominguez (Tammy) and Rick Dominguez (Donna), and one sister: Tammy Barron, and several loving nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends. Santi was a loving caring father, son, brother, uncle, Nino, and friend. Santi had many interests and hobbies. He was a master chef and loved being in the kitchen whipping up his cuisine masterpieces. He loved everything about taking a few ingredients and turning them into a warm meal for him to share with his family and friends. He loved the outdoors and would take any opportunity he was given to take his children to Red Rocks to share his love for the beauty of the mountains. He loved to go bike riding. He loved taking a “little siesta”. He loved playing board games with anyone who was willing to take him on. He loved staying active, exploring, and going on adventures. Santi loved his children and they were his pride and joy. He made sure to tell them every day how proud he was of them and how much he loved them. He loved creating memories and sharing all of his interests and hobbies with them. He took great pride in raising his children to be strong, independent, and caring human beings. He wanted nothing more than for them to achieve all of their dreams, and he would do anything and everything he could to help them. He instilled in them the ability to love and care for others and to appreciate the beauty in all things; big or small. Santi knew life was short and to have fun at even the smallest of moments. He never passed up an opportunity to laugh and smile, and he took great pride in being able to put a smile on every person’s face who crossed his path; whether that be with a joke or jab. He lit up every room he walked into, and always made an impression on anyone he met. He never judged, or had a negative thing to say about, anyone. He was always able to lift people up, and, if you needed it, he would give you the shirt off his back. Regardless if you knew him for years and years, or you just met him, Santi had a way of touching your heart. He will be missed!
