Ruby Lou Ellen Anderson

January 16, 1948 - March 23, 2021

Lewistown- Ruby Anderson earned her wings and took flight March 23, 2021. Ruby was born to Lauren Spaulding and Barbara Eckard Spaulding on January 16, 1948, the eldest of 9. Ruby owned and ran the local franchise of H and R block for the last 40 years. She was also a CNA for the state hospital in Lewistown for about 15 years during that time. Ruby was one of the kindest and gentlest people you could have ever known; she had a great love for her family. She was a wonderful daughter, big sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Ruby always had a positive and encouraging word for whoever needed it at the time. Ruby will be remembered for her love of plants, pets and her ability to make friends in all walks of life and as someone who truly loved people for who they are. Her parents Lauren and Barbara, her brother Kevin, her sister Helen (Casto) Pally and her daughter Fonnetta Malloy preceded her in death. Her sisters Lauren (Don) Woodhouse, Lois (Milt) McQuarrie and Leabeth (Louis) Daviau, and brothers Lyle Spaulding, Wrye Spaulding and Lloyd Spaulding survive her. Her husband Harold Anderson and her daughters Pam Charlton, Melissa (Bob) Lake, Channing and Lauren Malloy survive her. Her stepsons Robert (Sherle) Warren and William (Jennifer) Warren also survive Ruby. Her 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren survive Ruby. Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, Today is a gift that is why they call it the Present.
