Ira Lehman Davis

June 22, 1969 - June 6, 2021

Ira Lehman Davis passed away at the age of 51 on June 6, 2021 at home in Colorado. Though he lost the battle with cancer he won the war as he is Home with Jesus and completely healed. Ira was born on June 22, 1969 in Flagstaff, Arizona, much to his chagrin. His home and heart always lived in Colorado where there was plenty of outdoors to explore. Ira will be fondly remembered for his passion for fly fishing and his wonderful and artistic talent of tying flies. He loved giving glory to God for His wonderful creation and loved spending time outdoors. And, of course, we cannot forget Ira’s love for all things cars and his favorite pastime (other than fly fishing), video games. So the next time you play Forza Horizon, fondly think of Ira. He is survived by his wife, Anne; two daughters, Tori and Lizzy; parents, Jim and Margaret; and his brother, Eric. Memorial Services will be held at Applewood Baptist Church on Thursday, June 10th at 2pm. We are asking that in lieu of flowers people give a memorial gift either to Women’s Bean Project or Applewood Baptist Church.
